Sky to Sea Tour

When and what time to go:
Tours run throughout year. Please see tour itinerary and calendar at bottom of page for tour times and availability

Time:
Including transport to start of route approximately 4.0 to 4.5 hours including transport to start of route.

Terrain:
Tarmac, with 0.7 mile (1 km), uphill climb on road around Arthurs Seat – e-bike option available for assistance uphill, but can be walked if necessary. Otherwise, mainly level riding along shared cycle paths and occasional quieter road.

Distance:
Approximately 16 miles (25 kilometres)

Suitability:
For leisure cyclists with a moderate level of fitness. E-bikes are available for a less strenuous and more relaxed experience or if some additional assistance is required on the climbs. We have a minimum age policy of 12 years old for manual bikes and 16 years old for E-bikes. Families with children under the age of 12 can participate in this tour using the private tour option only.
